Description
The
OmniPure™ Viral DNA/RNA Purification Kit simplifies purification of viral
Nucleic Acid (NA) from cell-free body fluids with easy to use spin column method. No phenol–chloroform extraction is required. Viral NA specifically
eluted free from contaminating enzymes and RNase activity. PCR inhibiting proteins are completely removed in the
wash steps, leaving behind pure viral NA. The purified viral NA can be reconstituted in either water or a buffer provided with the kit.
OmniPure™ NA technology yields viral NA from cell-free body fluids ready to use in RT-PCR and any molecular assay or other downstream applications.
