Plasmid Miniprep Kits

The Plasmid Miniprep System is specifically designed to produce high yields of highly purified plasmid DNA for fluorescent DNA sequencing with the ABI DNA Sequencers. Plasmid purified using our  Kits are also suitable for a wide array of other demanding molecular biology applications. Our kits consistently outperforms the current miniprep leader in yield, purity and sequencing read length. The figure to the right shows pUC-19 plasmid DNA purified from DH10B cells, and ran on a 1% agarose gel. Lane A shows pUC-19 purified using a common commercially available plasmid purification kit. Lane B shows pUC-19 purified from the same culture, but using the Scorpion Plasmid Miniprep Kit.
