The Gel Extraction & PCR Cleanup System is designed to purify DNA fragments from
PAGE/agarose gels and unincorporated PCR** primers. The kit produces highly
purified DNA fragments which are suitable for a wide array of different
molecular biology applications. Yields are typically >85% over a fragments
size range of approximately 100 bp up to >10 kb. Unincorporated PCR primers
<30nt are efficiently removed from PCR products.
